Antifragile Organizations – Luca Dellanna's course
Next cohort: September 2022 (see below)
Course curriculum
You can read a description of the course and its contents here: Luca-dellanna.com/antifragile-organizations
Participants will get:
- Four live Zoom 1h30 sessions (recordings will be made available if you cannot attend them live)
- One live Zoom Q&A (organized 2-3 weeks after the course, so that you can try implementing the contents of the course in practice and ask any leftover questions)
- Two 30-minutes one-on-ones with Luca (over Zoom)
- Regular alumni meetings (every time I finish a cohort of this course, I organize a Zoom alumni meeting where I invite all alumni, including those of previous editions)
- Pre-course reading materials and videos (optional)
Timings
The live sessions will take place in September 2022 at a timing still to be defined (it will be communicated in May 2022).
Sessions are 90-minutes long, though Luca will be available for up to an additional 30 minutes of questions. If you cannot make it, recordings will be made available.
Private workshops
I received requests for private courses. This is usually by a company wanting the course to be fully tailored to their specific business, for some of its employees to attend. Sometimes, it is by a single participant wanting the course to be tailored to his or her needs and delivered at his or her pace.
Either way, I offer a "private workshop" version of this course. The length is the same, but Luca will be flexible to hold them at a mutually-agreed time. You can bring up to 20 participants (employees, friends, etc.). Before the start of the workshop, Luca will have an up-to-1h call with you to understand your needs and tailor the course accordingly.
The private workshop includes:
- One 1h call to understand your needs
- Four 1h30 sessions with course content
- Four 1h30 sessions workshop-style to practically apply the contents of this course to your specific situation
- One 1h follow-up call, to be used at any time (even months afterwards) to ask any lingering questions.
