Effective delegation

A workshop with Luca Dellanna

Luca will guide you into becoming more effective at delegating tasks.

The workshop will contain a mix of theory and practice. We will do a lot of roleplay, in which I will ask a participant to delegate a task to me, and I will provide feedback and highlight what was great and what could have been improved.

We will also cover how to be effective at delegating over emails and over the phone or Zoom – which is increasingly more common.

When is it?

The workshop will take place on Wednesday the 28th of June 2023 at 6 PM CET / noon EST. It will be on Zoom and will last 90 minutes.
